Raksha Kukadia, mba is a Yoga Therapist and a Mindfulness Trainer.
She specialises in helping people to manage Stress, manage Back Pain, Restore health post Cancer, Surgery or Stroke, manage Anxiety and Depression, manage pain from Arthritis, and help people to Sleep better. Whilst Raksha achieved a Master’s in Business Administration and has worked as a consultant in the Health Sector, her passion has always been to help individuals achieve optimum health.
She brings the wonderful disciplines of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness and even NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy where appropriate, to bring about the required change. The positive outcomes and feedback from a huge number of her clients has been amazing.
She holds qualifications from prestigious schools and they range from Masters in Business Studies (Henley Business School UK), Yoga Therapy (Clear Mind Institute), Mindfulness (MBSR, Clear Mind Institute), Yin Yoga teacher (Yin Yoga, Vancouver), NLP Trainer (Inner Compass International), Hypnotherapy (Lion Heart training), Transactional Analysis (The Berne Institute), and more.
She has over 20 years of experience as she started this journey of healing in 2001 and continues to increase her knowledge base to offer methods that are backed by science and research.
