Joel brings together years of experience in holistic movement, meditation, and functional wellness coaching. Through his “Flowing Stillness” method, he helps people rediscover balance, mobility, and self-awareness — in both body and mind.
He is also Co-Host of Mir & Joel’s Health & Wellbeing Café, a podcast that explores natural, evidence-based approaches to living well.
