There are several things you can do to effectively support your immune system:

Eat Right - Explore a healthy diet that is complimentary to your body's chemical makeup.


Practice Movement meditation exercise regularly. - Physical activity can help flush bacteria

out of the lungs and airways, to aid your defense barriers against respiratory dis-eases.


Implement effective sleeping habits. - Sleep is most important for overall health and can help

your immune system function effectively.


Practice effective stress management habits. - Chronic stress can weaken your immune

system, making you more susceptible to illness.


Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.- Both can weaken your immune system.


Practice effective hygiene habits - Wash your hands frequently and practice good oral

hygiene to promote improved wellness.


Boost nutritional strength effectively – Ensure your diet is supplemented daily with high-

quality pure and potent vitamins and minerals. Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc are good for the

immune system.
